On Saturday, January 27th, Bay 13 is hosting a Hole-In-One Contest from 7pm-9pm.

To enter, simply fill out the form above, and you’ll get 3 chances to score a Hole-In-One in Table Golf.

If you score a hole-in-one, you’ll get a chance to compete for the grand prize, a $100 gift card to Bay 13.  Everyone who scores a hole-in-one will compete in a tie-breaker at 9 pm.  Must be present to win.
